The quest for the "American dream"

Some people have a large online footprint, some people don't. Some people are happy with the direction of their life, some people aren't.

I have a good life. I just got married in Mexico, because my wife's business is growing and my family's got my back with alot of love, among other kinds of support. I have a great job, working with great people, in a great business.

But something's missing...

No matter what kind of freedom I can create in my day to day life, I never really seem to have control. I'm not talking about the kind of control where I dictate the actions of everyone and everything that crosses my path. The world thrives on naturally exciting chaos too much to want that kind of control.

I'm talking about never really knowing if I'm going to be able to attend someone's wedding, because I have to work that weekend. I'm talking about never really knowing what I'm going to do if my car breaks down, or my house is robbed, or someone close to me gets sick.

I don't have control over my finances. I live a life that costs more than I make to live. I'm renting the place I live in, I'm making small monthly payments on the car I drive, I'm using one card to pay off another to get out of interest debt.

I am in the process of learning about a simple new way to generate money by using the laws of the universe to my advantage. By starting a blog, a website and starting a process that could truly create joy in all aspects of my life.

Nothing in the world feels better than giving a gift to someone I care about. Following at a close second is receiving one, too. My heart is open to the possibility that if I create enough good will in my life, then I will reap the benefits.

I want to retire young. I want to travel the world before my hip hurts too much to be able to walk a significant portion of the Great Wall of China. I want to be warm more often than I'm cold.

What are your dreams?

Mother Nature truly is a generous mistress...all you have to do is open yourself up and be ready to let her go to work on your problems.

I bid you a wonderful day, full of abundance. Abundance of love, of money, of happiness...whatever it is that makes your life worth living...for YOU!
